These Garcinia Cambogia drops have coffee bean added for it’s weight loss effects. I haven’t noticed any weight loss but they do seem to help me in other ways. It does seem to help me focus on things. The daily dose for most people (ones that don’t need to consult a medical professional first) is 20 drops twice daily. This sounds like it is a lot but really it is just a little under a dropper, after taking it a couple times I knew how much to take without counting it out. I was really afraid of how this would taste when I got it, I have had some liquid vitamins that are awful. However I was pleasantly surprised, this stuff doesn’t taste bad at all. It’s a hard to describe taste, but it’s not medicine like at all. I have also put it in my morning smoothies just to get it in me when I started to want to stop taking it. I have a short attention span normally and even though these drops helped with that I did still get to a point where I was like “do I really want to take this today”. That is when I started putting it in my smoothie and it got me through that couple day spell. Overall they are good, they taste good, they do seem to help boost your brain activity some, but I didn’t see any weight loss from them. This doesn’t mean you wont everyone is different with what works for them.
